Virtual Medical Receptionist
BloomBright's Virtual Medical Receptionists are trained in the art of telephone etiquette, empathy, and effective communication. They can manage incoming & outbound calls, verify insurance eligibility, schedule appointments, and even process prescription refills and prior authorizations.
Virtual Admin Assistant/Patient Care Coordinator
Every BloomBright HVA is trained in foundations in primary care and other specialties and basic pharmacotherapy. They are also knowledgeable in the most common diagnoses, medications and diagnostic exams. They can coordinate care, process medical records requests, and perform other administrative tasks.
Medical Collections
Will ensure prompt and accurate collection of medical debts. Responsibilities include contacting patients and insurers, resolving billing issues, and negotiating payment arrangements. Our experienced medical billers have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Virtual Chart Preparer
​Prepare charts for future visits, ensuring labs, imaging, other tests, and hospital records are scanned into the patient’s chart.
Collaborate with other medical offices or hospitals to obtain missing information or medical records.
Call patients before their appointments to complete medical, surgical, social, and past medical histories, as well as the ROS for a smooth and efficient visit.
Communicate with healthcare providers and administrative staff regarding chart-related matters.
Medical Biller
Handle billing tasks remotely. Responsibilities include processing medical claims, verifying insurance information, and resolving billing discrepancies. Our virtual billers are proficient in medical coding and billing software.
